I love crafting new designs to add to the RachMakes magical forest and add new characters to my world whenever inspiration strikes!

SHIPPING INFO
Orders are shipped in 5-7 business days. - As a one goblin operation I am only able to set aside one day a week for packing/posting orders, so it can take up to a week to process an order. Please do be patient with me.

If you are in a hurry please get in touch and I can do my best to rush your parcel through (or at least let you know the date my next scheduled post office trip!)

I send all UK parcels Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 hours and all International items Royal Mail International Tracked.
Letter sized parcels (stickers etc) may ship as standard 1st class with no tracking.

If you have any special postage or packaging requests (like gift wrapping, discreet unbranded packaging, or special notes) please let me know via the note section on your order or get in touch via email.

In the rare event that your parcel is returned to me because of customs, or you weren't home to recieve it and didn't rearrange collection, I will contact you, in this situation I ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping the item, or I will refund the cost of the product minus the shipping fee.
