Unfortunately due to new GPSR regulations I am no onger able to ship to EU countries. I am working on a solution. But for now, I am not accepting orders to the EU.
Orders are shipped in 5-7 business days. - As a one woman operation I am only able to set aside one day a week for packing/posting orders, so it can take up to a week to process an order. Please be patient with me.

I send all UK parcels Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 hours and all International items Royal Mail International Tracked.
Letter sized parcels (stickers etc) may ship as standard 1st class with no tracking.

If you have any special postage or packaging requests (like gift wrapping, discreet unbranded packaging, or special notes) please let me know via the note section on your order or get in touch via email.

In the rare event that your parcel is returned to me because of customs, or you weren't home to recieve it and didn't rearrange collection, I will contact you, in this situation I ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping the item, or I will refund the cost of the product minus the shipping fee.
