Returns / Refunds on undamaged products.
Send an email quoting your order number stating the reason for return within 14 days of receipt of the item.
We will issue an approval and provide you with a return address. So long as the item is returned within 28 days of approval, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
The product must be returned in the same condition it was sent to be eligible for a refund of the cost of the product.
The return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom items are not eligible for returns.
Returns / Refunds on damaged products:
If an item arrives damaged in some cases it is possible for the artist to mend the item. In this case the item can be returned to be fixed (return postage at expense of buyer, and re postage at expense of seller).
In some cases a replacement can be sent out at no additional cost, this is at the discretion of the seller.
If an item is 'unfixable' or you do not wish for us to try and fix the item, the item must be returned for inspection (within 28 days) and a refund for the cost of the item will be issued. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
All return requests must be submitted by email and must quote the original order number.
All return postage expenses are to be covered by the buyer.
Seller reserves the right to withhold a refund if the item is not returned within 28 days of return approval email.
